Can I edit, delete or copy recipients?

If you are on our Centtrip Global platform, then YES - you can edit, delete or copy recipients in your account.

  • EDIT - update the company name, nickname, address, default payment reason and reference.
  • COPY - duplicate the recipient to one or more of your other Centtrip operating accounts.
  • DELETE - permanently delete the recipient and their payment details.

Follow These Steps

  1. Sign into your account and visit RECIPIENTS
  2. Locate the relevant recipient and click to open the details side panel.
  3. Click either EDIT, COPY or DELETE, as needed and follow the steps.

 

Things To Note

  • You can’t edit a recipient’s bank account details once they’ve been added, but you can update most other recipient information at any time.
  • Recipients can only be deleted if they haven’t received any payments. This helps maintain an accurate payment history.
  • If you copy a recipient to another operating account, the copied recipient becomes independent of the original. Any changes you make to one recipient won’t be reflected in the other.
