Can I edit, delete or copy recipients?
If you are on our Centtrip Global platform, then YES - you can edit, delete or copy recipients in your account.

- EDIT - update the company name, nickname, address, default payment reason and reference.
- COPY - duplicate the recipient to one or more of your other Centtrip operating accounts.
- DELETE - permanently delete the recipient and their payment details.
Follow These Steps
- Sign into your account and visit RECIPIENTS
- Locate the relevant recipient and click to open the details side panel.
- Click either EDIT, COPY or DELETE, as needed and follow the steps.

Things To Note
- You can’t edit a recipient’s bank account details once they’ve been added, but you can update most other recipient information at any time.
- Recipients can only be deleted if they haven’t received any payments. This helps maintain an accurate payment history.
- If you copy a recipient to another operating account, the copied recipient becomes independent of the original. Any changes you make to one recipient won’t be reflected in the other.
