How do I close a Centtrip card?

If you want to close a Centtrip card which is no longer required, you can do this within the 'Manage Cards' section of your desktop account.

Step 1

Use the filters or search - box to locate the card you want to close.

Click on a card to open the details panel, and then click “CLOSE CARDS”

Sign into your desktop account and visit MANAGE CARDS.
Locate the card you wish to close and click to open the Card details side panel.
Scroll down and press CLOSE CARD.
Any remaining card funds will be transferred back into the main account.

Please lock the card if unsure - once closed, a card cannot be reopened.
