Which platform are you using?
Centtrip UK offers physical prepaid cards only, designed to help you manage and control spending effectively.
Each card must be topped up before use and is set as a prepaid card—this cannot be changed after it has been issued.

- Standard plastic payment cards
- Can be used in-store and online
- Offer contactless payments
- Require activation via the app before first use
How funds are spent
Prepaid Cards
- Do not use a shared balance
- Require funds to be transferred onto the card before use
- Administrators can transfer funds instantly
- Ideal for managing budgets and controlling spend
All card spending is subject to the available balance on the card, as well as any limits set by administrators.
Your Centtrip Global account gives you access to both physical and virtual cards, which are issued as either shared balance or prepaid. Each card is set as one type and cannot be changed after it has been issued.

Prepaid Cards
- Do not use the shared balance
- Require funds to be transferred onto the card before use (administrators can do this instantly)
- Suitable for users with fixed budgets or controlled spending requirements
In all cases, card spending is subject to the Operating Account balance as well as any individual card limits set by administrators.
